It was a pretty good night out, :)
Ooh and fellow people who are going to my friends or family to ask her why do i party so much, come and talk to me if you've that much questions about my life, I'd be more than willing to share what a great time I'm having here and nullify your greatly appreciated concerns for my utmost of my well-being.
Back to Saturday, it was pretty cool bumping into Leah's mates at Bumper and having recognised each other, we partied together throughout the night it was nice!! Liverpool is way too small (that's if you don't compare it to Singapore.
I don't know if its culture or the whole holistic experience of being away from home but you get to discover loads of things about yourself and really burst out of your bubble? Just the mere fact that you're taking care of yourself, washing your clothes, doing your dishes, cooking and what not. I feel like Singapore is bubble wrapped and people who spent all their lives in that tiny place is kind of short sighted and like sheltered? That is why if you ever talk to me I'd encourage you to go abroad for the experience, be it a month or two, or a couple of years, it's always good to spend that time away, afterall you'd be there for the rest of your lives? Not a bad thing to gain broader perspectives, gain a bit of independence and rely on yourself.
I've learnt quite a bit while I'm here. I never could stand being alone, everyday was filled with activities for me in Singapore but now, I can survive being alone and enjoying quality time with myself. Reflecting and whatsoever. And like the pace of life is way to quick in Sg most people complain they don't have time for themselves? So true, same for me when I was home, so yeah. Good to gain new insights. Everyday is a part of my learning journey here.
