So exam ended on thursday and had a post celebration meal with Sarah on Friday for lunch, we had this enormous pizza and salad buffet, and as if that was not enough, I got an ice cream with cookie dough. That was heaven. Shopped for a bit, and yeah it was a pretty good time :)
Brought her to FF and I'm glad she enjoyed it!
I've never had such good hotpot anywhere, which doesn't give me a stomachache, it was 20quid but worth it for the good catchup with Janice and Connie. Crabs. Squid. Prawns. My life is complete.
I really enjoyed Michael's party, he's such a darling & likewise, his mates are all awesome and friendly people. Both times we went to his flat, a few different people each time but all as nice! Enjoyed it a lot.
Half price four seasons on Sunday! Omg. Damn happy, couldn't resist tomyum goong, and thai fishcakes though i'm going there in end may. I can't freaking wait. Gonna be some awesome time spent with my best friends :)
And the fried rice that I've tried in Hk before , sucha wonderful dish but we did not get the name, its actually Fujian fried rice and its the best thing. Amazing flavors bursting in your mouth :p
Quite a bit happened last week which did not leave me too happy, and me being the usual defensive me, if you ever look at my previous blogs. I'm not afraid to shoot anyone down if they say something that offends me? But this is a good lesson learnt, was at frontline when God spoke to me, as christians we're supposed to be like his testimony so I shall let these things slide and put my focus and priority on God. I know that if I want to fight back, sorry, too bad for whoever. No one in particular, just a rather discouraging week generally. But then again, its my blog I get to rant!
All four incidents pissed me off big time. Or shall I say, its just not my day. But this person was like seriously, killed my respect for him entirely. In front of everyone, literally the whole audience had to say something like oh, no wonder she wasn't listening to me on S.day. Like what the shit, seriously in all fairness if that affects you so badly, I'd appreciate if you come to me personally and talk it out no reason nor need to do that in front of everyone. And hello, look at your status.
And I thought it was the culture here in the UK to speak up and out, be straightforward. Looks like its not, or is it because of the environment I am in? Generally, this goes out to every single person be it in Singapore or UK or wherever. If there's something that you're not happy about, I respect that but please come up to me and clarify individually and I will be damn sure that I can give you an explanation and ease any misunderstandings. Thanks.
:)
